Doesn't it always come back to sticks and string? We're hoping that this will be the last in a long series of so far ineffectual dog and toddler barriers around our poor downtrodden salads and brassicas.

Yes, we were hopeful that a 'baulk' would be enough, although Mark reports that Martha has already been amusing herself with pulling out our carefully placed sticks. Aargh!
